This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, disclose and protect your personal information. When we mention "personal data", it is data to be able to identify a person.
Information that is anonymised where no one can identify who it is, we do not consider to be personal information.

Responsibility of Personal information
Skrotkraft AB, 559270-0933 (Hereinafter called "Skrotkraft" or "ScrapNWaste") is responsible for personal data. ScrapNWaste is responsible for the processing of personal data and for offering the services to be in accordance with the User Agreement. Also within the framework of the principles set out in this Privacy Policy.
Collection of personal data
If you have a registered account or register on the ScrapNWaste website, you agree to share your personal information and accept that the information is stored in Sweden but also on other servers in other countries.
We save information and personal information in order to allow you to use the website, Services and give you a personalized and better experience and for marketing purposes.

- Companies related to ScrapNWaste as Group companies - This in order to provide common services and common content for our policies. Group companies may use this information to send you marketing, however, only if you have approved this under settings for your user.
Other users
When you win an auction or complete a sale, we recommend that you communicate your routines regarding the processing of personal data. And you will respect the personal integrity of others. ScrapNWaste cannot guarantee that your privacy and personal information is secure as it is shared with sellers or buyers when a transaction is to be closed or if you choose to share your information with another user.
You agree that other users' personal information will only be used for:
- Transaction-related purposes,
- In contact with transportation companies involved in your business deal
You will not use other users personal information or any other information without their permission in marketing or for any other reasons.
Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activities occuring on your account, therefore make sure not to give your password to anyone else and use password combining letters, numbers and symbols. Should you lose control of your account, you risk losing control of your personal information and may also be liable for actions that your account is used for. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact ScrapNWaste immediately.
You can change your personal information at any time by logging in to ScrapNWaste. Make sure that your information is always up to date on ScrapNWaste.
Closing your account
If you request that we terminate your account, we will terminate it as soon as possible and then delete your personal information so that others cannot see it. Should your account be under investigation or your account status changes for some similar reasons it may be deactivated.
In normal cases, personal data for closed and deactivated accounts will be instantly deleted or anonymised. We may retain personal data if:
If we have a business interest and it is not prohibited by law, such as collecting overdue fees and handling disputes.
Retain personal data in accordance with legal obligations If so, data will only be saved for as long as is necessary.
